Cookies vs. health data consent — important distinction
When you complete the Lewin Paro burnout assessment, you are asked to give a separate, explicit consent under UK GDPR Article 9 for the processing of your health-related responses. This consent is independent of and unaffected by your cookie preferences.
The fsp-form-* security cookie set by Formspree when you load the assessment form is a strictly necessary cookie used purely to prevent fraudulent submissions. It does not read, store, or transmit any of your assessment responses. Your assessment answers are processed by Formspree only as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement with Lewin Paro Ltd.
